ADT Pulse ® App Reviews

Terrible app. 90% of the time when I try to arm or disarm, it will give me an error message saying "failed to arm/disarm" - not even sure why this app exists. Love my system, hate this app.

Worst app . I cant wait to get off of my contract and to close my account. If you did an app, well... Congratulations. But please please please make it work how its supposed too work .

App worked great when I first downloaded it last year....Now over the past 6 months it is horrible! I have a total of 6 indoor & outdoor cameras & cannot see any clips....not even the clips that I manually record from my iPhone .... I also have my outdoor camera set to motion detection so they would record a clip if someone goes near or past them and that doesnt work either in this app.....Someone needs to fix this as soon as possible! Pleasssseeeeee Thank you

App does not arm the system. Keeps saying "failed to arm". Also, you can not bypass widows that are open using the app. Very disappointed.

Very slow. It was better before the update came around.

If I was able to give 0 stars, I would. The app has not been working for days. I have deleted and downloaded again and again. I am unable to arm or disarm my arms using the app. It is crazy to have to pay more to use something bat does not work. Please fix

I wish I could give it 0 stars. Never works. It connects whenever it feels like it.

I have had ADT for many years and the service has been amazing. In the last few months I havent been able to arm, disarm or even check my cameras from the app provided. I emailed the help support and I received an email with guidance. I am somewhat a tech geek and now enough to understand. I have had no luck but all my systems and devices are working normal. I even checked the main system installed that runs the entire security system. Im still without an app that works and I waited on the phone for support for over 20min... I have been reading the reviews on this app for months now and I have seen no change.. It tells me they would rather put more money into their commercials than their customer support. Im not as confident with the security as I once was. I would hope that someone monitors these reviews and provides some solution, because Im ready to move to another security company...

This app saved my life!! Most consist app Ive ever used! It makes my life soooo easy! Now I know that my four children at home are safe and sound! Thank you ADT!

App works amazing. I can see the camera from anywhere, even while Im working! I set the alarm from my phone when info to bed. My kids feel safe at night knowing theyre protected by Adt.

I sleep better at night knowing Im protected.

I absolutely agree with the bad reviews from April 1, 2016 until now. I am getting so frustrated with ADT pulse I am seriously thinking of leaving ADT after 20 years being a customer. Great alarm system, very unreliable inconsitent Pulse app.

In order to use ADT pulse you have to pay more money on a monthly basis. The app is supposed to be able to arm and disarm the system but IT DOESNT WORK! Not once has it actually functioned properly.

The streaming does not work persistently. It has too much bugs

After the most recent update, I had to re-authenticate (fingerprint no longer worked). Today, when I got home, I cant even get logged in anymore. Had to run to the box to deactivate the alarm when I got home.

Had Pulse System installed in our future home. Its 1,200 miles away. The camera view is fine on iPhone. So far very pleased with features. The only complaint, which is frankly trivial, is the app is sometimes a tiny bit laggy. No deal breaker though. So Im happy.

The recent update has made their former A plus app now an F. It takes twice as long to turn the lights on or lock the door. It use to be laid out great and now its just horrible. Bring back the old version FAST please!

This app would be awesome if it didnt take so long to login when my alarm goes off. -.- also would love to be able to turn off my alarm fast when someone comes to the door. Fix the bugs.

This latest release is badly broken. I have seen much better releases in the past 4 years. In particular, the "Home view" no longer allows you to directly access cameras. Please fix this ADT.

Was a lot more functional prior to most recent update. Now very slow to load live shots and any gallery photos. Gets confused on dates and very slow to scroll through photos.
