App doesnt work well
I have had ADT for many years and the service has been amazing. In the last few months I havent been able to arm, disarm or even check my cameras from the app provided. I emailed the help support and I received an email with guidance. I am somewhat a tech geek and now enough to understand. I have had no luck but all my systems and devices are working normal. I even checked the main system installed that runs the entire security system. Im still without an app that works and I waited on the phone for support for over 20min... I have been reading the reviews on this app for months now and I have seen no change.. It tells me they would rather put more money into their commercials than their customer support. Im not as confident with the security as I once was. I would hope that someone monitors these reviews and provides some solution, because Im ready to move to another security company...
