Awful app

Use to use this all the time. Stopped working a few months ago. Unreliable. Will be switching to CPI.

Great Idea but Inconsistent

In the beginning it was great & worked often. Now it barely works, always "connecting" cant access or change the alarm on the app.

Need to be more user friendly

Need to be more user friendly , Unable to change preferences from the app, like notifications and extra

Sensor bypass

It would be great if you could bypass sensors from the app with a secondary code instead of just physically from the panel.

Ive done a lot of research on security before I purchased my ADT system..great work guys A+++

Recent update forgets user ID

App is like Dori from the Nemo movie. Forgets user ID and password as well as thumb print authentication immediately after closing the app. Sometimes it will occasionally remember it. But about 90% of the time even when you select the switch to remember you it still forgets. Same with the server. You have to type in your full email address and password and select the server every time you use the app. It worked perfectly every single time until this last most recent ADT application update. Completely trashed the app.

Horrible

I shouldnt have to log in to the app every time when I have Touch ID and save password/login enabled. App is slow. Horrible app. Get it together ADT!

Apple Watch app

Id give you 5 stars but lacking the app force the Apple Watch......any time soon?????

So far I love the app. Apple Watch compatibility would make this perfect.

Promising but needs improvements

It needs more functionality. When I click on "Disarm" in the morning, it keeps spinning then it times out. Im ten feet from my wifi router and all my other apps are working fine. Im basically having to use my keychain fob when I go to bed or wake up in the morning since I cant use the app. It would be nice if they replicated the buttons on the keypad.

Absolute poor video

I like the new interface but my god the video function is absolutely poor quality! To expand to the live video does work 99.9% of the time, its always says "unable to connect to video" and with the new interface you have to be able to expand the video to be able to see everything!! ADT get ur SH*t together, companys like yrs bring in millions of dollars and you cannot even get an app right!!

Has been great

I have been using ADT pulse for two years now and absolutely love my app. I have not encountered any issues with my app... Maybe slow in low service areas but just like other apps can struggle. My system and app have given me more access to my home in a great user friendly app. Would defiantly recommend to friends!

Doesnt work properly

Doesnt let you arm/disarm from mobile which was a selling point when talking with the ADT people. Simply doesnt work Disappointed.

Decent but too expensive

Cancelled after little use and have had an incredible time trying to get changes made to billing. Amounts credited and owed have been all over the place. Jacksonville office is totally incompetent!

ADD REMOTE SIREN/PANIC BUTTON!!

Nearly all of your customers have indoor siren boxes and some even have outdoor siren boxes like myself. Can you add a button to the pulse app where we can remotely activate the indoor/outdoor siren boxes?? If we see someone suspicious on our property via the pulse app, it would be awesome if we could press a button to activate the siren which makes the "would be" burglar flee like you wouldnt believe. As of today, all that we can do is helplessly watch while someone smashes our windows and burglarizes our homes while hoping the cops arrive in time. It would be nice to prevent the widow smashing via the siren. Thanks.

Barely usable

Glitchy, slow, overall terrible, especially for what we pay. Disappointed, want to switch to a different company. Barely usable for cameras. This is solely a security company, you think they would spend more time on their security system apps. Hire more people, whatever you have to do to make the app work. Im stuck with you guys now because I use your bad equipment.

I rely on this App. Daily.

I have ADT Pulse in two homes and it is a must for us. Not sure why the negative reviews. If we run out in a rush, as most families do, we arm the house from the road. If it is dark as we approach the property, or if we just want to turn the lights on because we dont want people to think the house is empty, we do it remotely. A storm passed thru our neighborhood and dropped 5 inches of rain in 45 minutes, I saw the flood thru the cameras, called for help and I avoided a bigger disaster. Here is the real deal, you need a super reliable internet connection. No internet, no ADT Pulse. Recently, our internet was down and my second location was not an available choice to see cameras, to run video, to arm/disarm, nothing. Here is the problem, when you call to find out why one of your locations is down, they have no way of letting you know anything. They just cant see in the system so they make up reason as to why the system does not respond to your commands. If you want answers, you have to be at the location of the problem to access the panel yourself. Nonetheless, we feel secure and we have piece of mind.

Needs work

The app takes way too long to load. Sometimes the video never shows up. For the price you charge I believe I should be able to pull it up anytime I need to.

Camera view not loading

Multiple times when opening the app, the camera view does not load. Its sporadic. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt.This is a concern, happening a view times when we were away from home. Would love for this issue to be resolved!!
