Would have give zero stars if it was an option. Worst app ever! ADT is awful too. The app never works, I can never log in. When I do log in it says status unavailable.

This update broke scrolling. For an app thats supposed to secure your confidence, it seems the developers dont care. Please fix ASAP!

Its very slow and hardly ever works. I cant use the app to arm my home while Im away, nor can I see any of my cameras on this app. This is so annoying and inconvenient. I definitely should have used a different provider

Update (10/27/15): Just downloaded latest version and ADT is still not listening. Please give us the option to use the old version of the app which was functional albeit a bit dated. This new UI is horrible and also very slow. Listen to the feedback of your paying customers. If I had an option to revert back to the last version, I would do so immediately. It was far from perfect, but it worked. This version takes too long to load and has a terrible GUI which is too busy. Give the home view option to quickly interface with the key devices and allow people to customize what they have instant access to from the home screen. Do any of the developers even have ADT in their house to see how much of a step back this is? Update: ADT, if you are not able to release a new update which provides feature/functionality with the previous version, please give us the ability to use the old version. Im considering a switch to a new security solution simply because this update is that horrible. Please address.

To be honest, the app itself is nicely designed, informative, and does it job, BUT more than half the time it doesnt work. Whether Im trying to ARM the system or disarm, it just will not work. I get a message "Failed to arm" or "failed to disarm" and its very bad. I paid extra for this service and more than half the time, it wont work. Even logging out, closing the app restarting and logging in, same results. I give it 1/5, but thats being generous.

The app works great on my iPhone, but it would be a lot more useful if it worked with the Apple Watch as well.

Video recordings are not happening anymore. Completely broken. Sometimes records videos even when no motion is detected. Substandard app and service. Time to switch.

It is very surprising a security company with an app with a 2 star rating does not fix its problems for its clients that pay them a lot of money every month. I can not view recorded videos from my iPhone 6. I have to email the video to myself then open it up through my email to watch a video clip. This app does shut off randomly too. It also does not save my user name when I check the box to save this so I have to type in my user name every time I open it. I am shocked ADT hasnt made this app better and fix its problems and address the dissatisfaction of its users.

New update is worthless!!You have completely disabled this app on my mobile device. I DO NOT want to see a picture of my house! I want to see the activity from the expensive cameras I bought for my home! Fix it or give users the option to view it as it was. What idiot completely changes the look, feel and function of an app that was user friendly with no instructions?? Furious!!

When my system is armed stay it says armed away. When I disarmed the system the app isnt updated and when trying to arm again I cant do this from the app. It was working fine and now not so much.

Cannot arm/disarm the system from my phone. Also, (Insert all other negative issues here)

I cant set my alarm or disarm it all the time and Im stuck outside trying to unarm my alarm with my kids.

This app used to work great. Not anymore. Sad.

App needs to do a better job of linking to ring camera and remote cameras. Slow and cumbersome to navigate. Everything should be on the same app. I shouldnt have to open up another app to view cameras?

Love the app, but the logging in needs to be addressed. I continue to have to change my pin multiple times per day.

This is by far the most frustrating and useless app. I am rarely, if ever, able to arm the system from my phone. I always get "failed to arm". What is the point of even having an app if as a company youre doing nothing to fix it?! Id give 0 stars if I could. Fifty something dollars a month, for what, ADT?!

Updated 10/16 ----- Well so much for them keeping up. The app still has so many issues and they have completely forgotten about it. I talked to the product manager at the CES show in Jan. He promised a bunch of new features including a a fix for the buried site selector - clearly he was selling... I have seen nothing. We had an alarm go off - I got a call from ADT - great but I wondered why my app didnt notify me. Then I realized this app doesnt even have notification options. If I had one wish it would be that I could find a way to use the adt equipment without being tied to there crappy service and apps. I have been a customer with multiple locations for 10 plus years but I have grown to hate them. Updated 7/15 -------- The app looked great so I rated it well - then I used it. 1). Sensor status needs to be restored - great feature that quickly let me know what was happening where and historically when. 2). They buried the "switch location" and in my case we use ADT to monitor several locations. Switching was easy on the iPad or iPhone now it is buried under setting - HATE this. 3). The default loading of live camera I thought was nice at first but when I am logging in to change the temp or turn on a light I want SPEED not a delay and waste of cellular data to load a feed from a camera. Visually the app does look nice and I appreciate the attempt to improve the app. To many service providers leave the same crap out there for years - so thank you for trying to stay current. Yet it feels you traded form for some very useful functionality. I only wish I could revert to the old app - I curse this thing every time I open it. Original review --------- I have panned this app in the past - it was abysmal at best. The new version shows ADT pays attention - great new app! Simply put nice job.

The app used to work well, but over the past several weeks, i havent been able to turn on/off 2 sets of lights or lock/unlock my door because their functions were removed from my site. I am paying to have access to these and they have totally disappeared!

If youre the passenger setting the system, careful of starting the app on wifi, then your phone switching to cellular as youre trying to activate as you drive out if wifi distance. Failed to arm will pop up and, no matter how much you try, will keep popping up, even if you use another device to log in and arm. If you decide not to head back home and arm it manually, youll have to uninstall and reinstall the app or restart your phone for it to work. Super irritating...

Why cant they update the app so that it will actually connect to the system!!!!!?
