This app is crapp

We have had nothing but problems from the very beginning. Every time the app updates, we have trouble accessing the features and this newest update is no exception. This time though, we cant seem to fix the problem.

Theres nothing like coming home and having to wait for four hours for your house to warm up to an acceptable temperature because you couldnt access your thermostat through the app whilst traveling.

Currently, we have zero access to any features but account settings and logout. The status is unknown. I have tried installing and reinstalling the app with zero success. What a waste of money on this system. We will be looking for a new alarm company now.
